MHK to challenge 'board' powers

West Douglas MHK Dominic Delaney (pictured) will fight to debate the way government boards are run in the House of Keys today.

He’s put forward a motion to stop boards removing public services without getting the green light from MHKs.

He also wants the Chief Minister to step in to stamp out the practice.

Mr Delaney says he’s set his sights on one board in particular:
