A ?2.4 million improvement of Queen Elizabeth the Second High School in Peel gets underway next week.
The building of a nurture unit and humanities block is part of an ongoing programme to upgrade the Island's schools. Extensive works are currently being carried out at Ramsey Grammar School, and all the Island's other secondary schools have had post 16 buildings recently constructed.
Next week Tynwald willl be asked to approve a sum of just under ?2.7 million at Peel Cloth Worker's School.
