A 27 year old man has been remanded in custody by Deemster Doyle for a trial date to be fixed.
Michael Darren Cubbon of Close Fletcher, Douglas, has denied supplying diamorphine to Nadine Smith on December 6th 2005.
Cubbon will appear again on May 26th.
