The chairman of the Post Office says the organisation has to move with the times.
Pam Crowe was responding to Dominic Delaney's concerns over the handling of the closure of Brunswick Road Post Office.
Mrs Crowe (pictured) says Mr Delaney doesn't seem to recognise that the Post Office doesn't receive any subsidy from government to supply the post office network, which has now been under review for at least ten years:
