Keys has 'washed hands' of responsibility

West Douglas MHK Dominic Delaney says the House of Keys has washed its hands of responsibility for government boards.

Yesterday, MHKs rejected his motion to be able to veto board decisions involving the loss of public services such as post office closures.

He says ministers claim they can’t do anything – and now the House of Keys has said the same thing.
