A new type of 'take away' which promises to be healthy is being launched today.
It's the Take Away Skills initiative, and far from being high in fat and calories, it's packed with information and tips about healthy living.
It's aimed at children and young people, with the overall aim of tackling obesity and the associated risks.

The Take Away Skills initiative is being launched by the Health Promotion team and the Isle of Man Anti-Cancer Association.
Groups and organisations will be given a basic equipment pack including knives and chopping boards, plus a contact grill and steamer.
They will then run a course, lasting 6 hours, which can be delivered over 3 to 6 weeks and will focus on every aspect of the preparation of food.
The first 30 groups will be evaluated to see what impact the new skills and knowledge has had on the people involved.
