Hospital appointments

Patients in the Isle of Man are being urged to cancel hospital appointments if they can't make it.

In the United Kingdom the problem is costing the NHS millions of pounds a year.

Noble's Hospital Manager, Paul Shields, says over here around 8% of people don't turn up.

But he says it's difficult to say how much money that costs the health service.
