There’ll be calls for a report into one of the Island’s care providers to be made public when Tynwald sits on Tuesday.
Douglas East MHK Brenda Cannell (pictured) will ask DHSS Minister Steve Rodan if the Bordsley Institute report into Manx Family Services will be published – as recommended by the Childcare inquiry.
The external inspection into the company was set up after evidence came to light that called into question some of the practices of staff employed by Manx Family Services.
Last November, The Department of Health and Social Security said it wanted reassurance that Manx Family Services was delivering high quality care.
The report was due to be completed in March.
