A former Isle of Man vet is bringing his crusade to end the abuse of horses and donkeys in the developing world, to the Manx people.
Bill Swann, who had a vet's practice in Onchan, is now Director of the Brooke, a leading charity for protecting equine animals abroad.
Tonight he'll give a talk on the charity's vision at the Claremont Hotel in Douglas.
Bill will tell the audience he hopes they'll develop the skills and resources to make a major impact on the problem in developing countires.
