The Manx Grand Prix has been boosted by the addition of a top T.T. star to it's entry list.
Seven-time T.T. winner Ian Lougher will compete in the 350cc and 500cc classes of the Classic events.
Like many other riders, Lougher graduated to the T.T. by taking part in the MGP first. He made his debut on the Mountain Course in 1983, when he finished third in the Junior Newcomers' race behind future T.T. winners Robert Dunlop and Steve Hislop.
The popular Welshman, who now lives in Northern Ireland, last competed in the Manx Grand Prix in 1989, but he failed to finish the Senior Classic on a G50 Matchless.
And another former T.T. winner has entered this year's MGP. Dave Molyneux's former sidecar passenger Daniel Sayle will make his solo debut on a 125cc Honda in the Newcomers' race. Sayle was in the chair with Moly last year when the pair broke the 20 minute lap and 1 hour race barriers.
