Grand Slam beckons for Laxey

by isleofman.com 20th May 2006
Laxey can complete Manx Football's 'Grand Slam' of all four major trophies, if they beat St. George's in this afternoon's (Sunday) Hospital Cup Final at The Bowl.

Laxey have already won the Division One title and the FA and Railway Cups, without losing a game all season.

However, their opponents St. George's were in exactly the same position last year, and lost the Hospital Cup Final to Douglas Royal.

The match kicks-off at two o'clock.
