Douglas Town Square - action possible

There’s still time for Axa to take action and improve the state of Douglas town square, says the corporation.

Councillors are frustrated that despite promises, nothing has been done to maintain the condition of the site on Douglas Promenade.

Councillor David Christian (pictured) says he’s hopeful the company and the council can arrange a meeting and come to an agreement.

But he’s warning he’s prepared to take stronger action if necessary:
