MHK calls for "transparency" in new company law

Michael MHK David Cannan is concerned about some of the measures in the Companies Bill progressing through the House of Keys.

He says the new legislation means companies could hide behind anonymity by refusing to name directors publicly.

He told Manx Radio’s Senior Political Correspondent, David Callister, the bill should ensure the Island’s company law was as open and transparent as possible:
