Manx Telecom has been rewarded for the accuracy of its pricing and billing with industry recognition.
The company is the first in the world to be awarded British Approvals Board of Telecommunications accreditation for land lines and mobiles.
To gain the award, Manx Telecom had to show its systems were capable of a high standard of accuracy and consistency producing phone bills.
Gaining the accreditation was a condition of MT’s last licence, granted in January 2003.
