DTI receives award

The Department of Trade and Industry has been granted an Investors in People award after an external assessment.

Given for effectively managing and training staff, the award marks the culmination of six months of work at the DTI.

In the assessor’s report, he highlights the department’s strengths, which include strategic planning, performance monitoring, staff empowerment and a commitment to learning and development.
