by isleofman.com 2nd June 2006
Sentence on an 18 year old Ramsey man has been adjourned by the High Bailiff for reports.

Craig Thomas Bignall of Close Cooil, Lezayre Estate, was arrested in Parliament Street Ramsey at 1.45 am on April 9th after police saw him bending down to his ankle and either placing something or removing something from his sock.

Police retrieved 3 grammes of cannabis resin from the defendant, who said he had purchased it for his own use, but he refused to name his supplier.

Bignall was bailed until June 27th.
