Eleven-times TT winner Dave Molyneux, is described as ‘comfortable’ in a normal ward at Noble’s Hospital, following yesterday’s crash at Rhencullen.
Molyneux has shoulder injuries and friction burns while his sidecar passenger, Craig Hallam, was also treated for friction burns but has been released from hospital.
A short time afterwards the outfit caught fire, which led to the suspension of the session.
Both men were concious when they were airlifted to hospital.
