He'd put in his fastest ever times, but on lap one today he was forced to stop in Sulby.
He said the machine just wasn't on form (audio file attached).
There was also bad luck for the TAS boys, both Bruce Anstey and Adrian Archibald had to stop early on, but Adrian seemed pretty philosophical (audio file attached).
