Ballacasts for student Ipods

Pupils at Ballakermeen High School have been finding out there is more to an mp3 player than just the latest chart hits.

Staff at the school have been producing revision programmes which can be downloaded to players and listened to whenever students have time.

Head of ICT Steve Dowdall and teacher Kelly Bromley have put the audio files together, called Ballacasts.

Mr Dowdall says the idea came to him after seeing how many children brought mp3 players to school:
