A Ramsey woman was taken to Nobles Hospital by helicopter yesterday after an accident in the north of the Island
It happened on the Jurby Road near to Springfield and involved just one vehicle, a car which the woman was driving.
The road was closed for around two and a half hours while police dealt with the incident.
It's not thought her injuries are life threatening.
