TT - Anger at MCN report

There's anger at a report which once again criticises marshalling in the Isle of Man.

Motorcycle News is running an article under the headline "TT Marshalling: Understaffed and Unsafe."

It's understood two undercover reporters signed up as marshals last week, but in the piece they say they felt the training didn't prepare them properly.

In a similar article last year MCN ran a story entitled "We Expose Manx Race Safety Sham."

That led to the publication's Head of News coming to the Island, and subsequently apologising for any offence caused.

For the first time this year, four fast response cars are being used to make sure there are enough marshals in areas which demand extra manpower.

Chief Marshal Roger Hurst says they are certainly not understaffed:
