Condoms should be available - Karran

The controversial issue of whether condoms should be made available in Isle of Man secondary schools will be raised in the House of Keys this morning.

Onchan MHK Peter Karran (pictured) will ask the Education Minister David Anderson if he intends to continue his opposition to the idea.

Mr Anderson has made known he is NOT in favour of providing senior pupils with contraceptives.

But Mr Karran says where serious disease can be avoided condom provision IS justified:
