No plans for skate park

The Department of Tourism and Leisure is committed to providing more facilities for young people.

In the House of Keys today, Minister David Cretney was asked if he agreed the Isle of Man was desperate for a centre which included a skateboarding and roller blading area.

He said it was important such sports were catered for.

However, there were no current plans to build such a centre:
