I.O.M. to play Republic of Ireland

The Isle of Man's national football team will play the Republic of Ireland's amateur side in Dublin in September.

It came about after the English F.A. was asked to provide an amateur side for the fixture.

However, it doesn't have a formal amateur side so it was decided the game should be played by the winner of the National Systems Cup, the Isle of Man.
