A familiar vessel will return to Manx waters this summer.
The coastal excursion ship 'Balmoral' will be offering a Tynwald Day excursion from Peel to Portaferry, with the option of a two hour cruise around Strangford Lough.
On the 7th there will be a cruise to Ramsey bay and on the 8th, 9th and 11th of July she will carry out afternoon cruises from Douglas to the Calf of Man with a call at Port St Mary on the return trip.
The Balmoral was built in 1949 for service on the south coast, but later moved to the Bristol Channel.
She was re-commissioned in 1986 after several years out of service, and now provides the only regular traditional ship experience in the Irish Sea.
