Ramsey pier back on agenda

by isleofman.com 19th June 2006
Ramsey MHK Allan Bell says he’s pleased to see the Queen’s Pier back on the political agenda.

A report from the select committee considering the pier’s future will be debated in Tynwald tomorrow.

It recommends raising ?5 million, with half a million pounds coming from the community through fundraising.

Mr Bell says he thinks that figure may be unrealistic.
