Tynwald sits today for what could be a lengthy session.
There are some 43 items for consideration including a statement on the Braddan area plan, and the Select Committee report on Queen's Pier.
However the most lengthy debate is expected to be on the report of the Commission of Inquiry into the care of young people.
East Douglas MHK Brenda Cannell will move that the report be received and its recommendations approved, and that the Council of Ministers provide a progress report to next month's sitting of the court to include a timetable for the proposed implementation of the recommendations.
There are some 35 questions tabled for oral answer today, and thirteen for written answer.
Topics include the Human Rights Act, the Closure of the Special Needs Unit at Jurby School and climate change.
And of course proceedings in Tynwald will be broadcast live on AM 1368 getting underway at 10.30.
