Chief Minister Donald Gelling says he is not aware of any plans to incorporate the Isle of Man in any future European regionalisation plans
There have been recent suggestions that under an EU initiative the Island could be assimilated into a region with Northern Ireland.
However Mr Gelling (pictured) said in Tynwald he has no knowledge of any such scheme:
