Akinmurele bailed

A 21 year old man charged with the attempted murder of his brother has been bailed by the High Bailiff to David Gray House.

David Kelly Akinmurele of Osbourn Grove, Douglas, is also charged with burglary with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm, and threaten to cause death or serious injury.

Mr Moyle granted bail with stringent conditions. The defendant must observe a curfew between 6.30pm and 7am, he must not enter Osbourn Grove, he must not enter on-licenced premises, have no contact with family, and he must report daily to police headquarters.

Akinmurele will appear again on July 18th.
