Villa Colonnade works to start soon

The Department of Tourism hopes to start work on the Villa Marina Arcade and Colonnade in November.

Tenants have been informed they now have a matter of month to vacate the units.

The refurbishment will take between 18 and 21 months, after which tenants can apply for one of the new units.

Tourism Minister David Cretney says rents will be going up:
