Charterhouse Group, the largest employer in Ramsey, says Sandra Robertson, Group Director of their Operations Division has been appointed as an Individual Director at the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.
They say it will enable the firm to contribute to the body which governs Recruitment Companies in the UK.
Sandra has over 20 years experience in the provision of customer services and administration gained within the Insurance industry, which has been successfully transferred to the recruitment industry in recent years. In addition she has developed a detailed working knowledge of IR35 legislation and the contractor market. Sandra also passed the Certificate in Recruitment Practice in October 2005 with a distinction.
