The people of Arbory are looking forward to a real 'red-letter' day in their parish calendar.

The much-loved rural gathering Laa Columb Killey begins this afternoon (Thurs), attracting large crowds and all generations to the event in Ballabeg.

Sports displays, craft and produce exhibitions, side shows, stalls and entertainments will go on well into the evening.

The event will be officially opened by the Lieutenant Governor Sir Paul Haddacks at 3 o'clock.
