Pier decision delayed again

A decision on the future of Queen's Pier in Ramsey has been put off, but one of the figures behind a recent report says it proposed the best way forward. Onchan MHK Peter Karran was the Chairman of the select committee appointed to make recommendations about the structure's future. One of these was that half a million pounds would need to be raised before government spent any money on it. The Council of Ministers will study the document and report back next February. Mr Karran says it's disappointing:
