Leading qualifier Kevin Moore is first away as he takes on Mount Murray's Jason Cubbon, teeing off at 4.30pm.
Champion Paul Lowey plays in the last of the eight games against another first time qualifier in Eion Moriarty.
Mark Pugh, who won Sunday's play-off for the final place, is rewarded with a tie against Douglas player Peter Glover.
