Residence Act

There will only be clear policy regarding the 2001 Residence Act when the issue has been fully discussed and researched.

So says Health Minister Steve Rodan, who answered on behalf of the Chief Minister in the House of Keys today.

Questions were asked as to why it's taking so long to put policy before Tynwald.

Mr Rodan said the residency issue was complex, but both the Treasury and the Department of Trade and Industry were continuing to look into it:
