MIke Proffitt to address Junior Chamber

The former Chief Executive of the Manx Electricity Authority will address the Junior Chamber of Commerce next week, on Tuesday July 4th. Mr Proffitt help set up the AIM listed company, Renewable Energy Holdings when he retired from the MEA early last year.His achievements included the longest AC subsea interconnector cable in the world, across the Irish Sea to Bispham in Blackpool as well as the Pulrose CCGT Power Station. He is also the subject of controversy over the level of debt at the Authority, in order to put that infrastructure into place.He will be speaking to the Junior Chamber at the Claremont Hotel in the breakfast briefing on Tuesday, July 4th.
