Sports Development Manager Paul bridson has praised his team for their hard work over the last 12 months in improving customer service.
He says they won't just be hanging their plaque on the wall and admiring it - but will use the recognition as a catalyst to move formward and increase their score in the future.
And Mr Cretney (pictured) says the Quest accreditation is proof positive of the contribution Manx Sport and Recreation is making to the island's population.
