Objection to animal waste plans

A member of PAG, the Positive Action Group, is objecting to the request that Tynwald approves spending of over ?5.6 million on the construction of a new animal waste reprocessing plant at Richmond Hill.

Transport Minister Phil Braidwood will ask the court to approve the proposal at next week's sitting of Tynwald.

However Andrew Jessopp (pictured) says that the animal waste should have been processed through the new incinerator, and he has serious concerns:
