The aim of re-branding the Island is to improve all our lives through projecting a positive national identity.
The idea has been the subject of extensive research and consultation and, following a recent Tynwald debate, "Freedom to Flourish" has been formally adopted.
The focus of today's activities will be a government stand on the fair field, visitors to which will be able to question representatives of various departments on a range of branding issues.
And Children will be able to take part in a competition, based on the "Freedom to Flourish" balloons, and how far they travel.
