Animal passports

Farmers can now check animal passports and track cattle movements online.

It follows the introduction of a pilot scheme by the Isle of Man Government's Information Systems Division which aims to provide secure access to digital services.

It has introduced a pilot scheme for farmers which enables them to check animal passports and track cattle movements online.

E-Services Programme Manager Andy Williams says it's hoped eventually the scheme will make life easier for farmers.
