The clerk of Onchan Commissioners has announced his resignation.
Mark Williams will step down in September after serving 15 months in the post.
Mr Williams, who is citing personal reasons for his departure, had previously been the deputy clerk for 12 years.
Commissioners’ chairman Derek Crellin says he is held in high esteem by colleagues and commissioners alike.
