Island to feature on BBC programme

The BBC programme "Coast" is coming to the Isle of Man.

The show first started last year with a team of experts travelling around Britain celebrating its coastline with all manner of stories be they local history, natural history or geography.

It was so successful another two series have now been commissioned.

One of the presenters, Marinda Krestoffnikoff, says she's been keen for some time to come and film on the Island and they will be concentrating one aspect of the Island's coastal life in particular (audio file attached):
