NHS funding study anticipated

Health Minister Steve Rodan says he’s looking forward to seeing the results of an independent funding study looking at the Island’s NHS.

Mr Rodan says there are recommendations which will address short-term problems and issues such as the immediate funding of health services.

But he says he hopes the report will also look at the longer term implications of how the NHS is funded as treatment costs and demand both rise:
