Major improvements for Jurby

Work to improve housing and employment prospects in Jurby continues apace.

And the refurbishment of three hangars at Jurby Airfield will provide modern, safe conditions for local firms.

Tynwald this week approved spending ?1.3 million on improving the hangars which are sited on land owned by the Department of Local Government.

DOLGE member Anne Craine MHK says that's just one part of the Jurby Village Plan agreed three years ago:
