Build-up to TT centenary underway

by isleofman.com 15th July 2006
With the TT centenary looming on the horizon, registration is now open for the Department of Tourism’s homestay scheme.

In operation for more than 15 years, it caters for the overflow of tourists looking for accommodation during both the TT and Manx Grand Prix.

Tourism Minister David Cretney said it’s important all visitors have the accommodation they’re looking for during what should be a very special TT.

Anyone interested in offering Homestay accommodation can find full guidance notes on the website isleofmantourism.com or by ringing 686802.

Those who registered for the 2006 homestay scheme do not need to contact the department.
