The case of a 61 year-old man who admitted punching a man in a fight in a pub has been adjourned for sentencing.

Ian Peter McCarrie of Anagh Coar Close admitted affray in the Clarendon pub in Douglas during the afternoon of May 27.

Police were called to a fight, which had ended when they arrived but CCTV footage showed him punching another man.

He was arrested, and the court was told there was a long history between the two men.

He will appear before High Bailiff Michael Moyle again on August 8.
