A 21 year old man has been jailed for four months by High Bailiff Michael Moyle.
Carl Joseph Bridson of Somerset Road, Douglas, appeared for sentence after admitting two charges of affray, possession of cannabis resin and driving without a licence.
Bridson assaulted two men on separate occasions in May and June.
He was stopped by police whilst driving without a licence, and when he was searched officers found a piece of cannabis resin weighing 0.3g.
His advocate said he had a number of issues which he now wished to address.
