MEA - loans row will end in court

The chairman of the Manx Electricity Authority says he believes the ongoing issue over the legality of loans made to subsidiary companies will end up in court.

Eddie Teare says he expected a writ to be issued some time ago.

Speaking to David Callister on Manx Radio's 'Agenda' programme, Mr Teare (pictured) says the final outcome of case is far from certain, but he believes the issue will rumble on for some considerable time:
