Lezayre Estate redevelopment

A ?7.3 million 52-home housing development in Ramsey has been given the green light.

Ramsey Commissioners have gained approval from the Department of Local Government to proceed with the first phase of construction in the redevelopment of the Lezayre Estate.

The contract is to be awarded to Auldyn Construction who are expected to start work on site in the first week of September after completion of works on the new access road.
