An application has gone in to planners to turn the former Okells Falcon Brewery building into apartments.
Howstrake Developments want to create five apartments. one town house and re-develop the rest of the site to put in six further apartments.
Permission is also being sought for a four storey building with three apartments on Douglas Head Road. The applicant is C.R. Morgan of Cronkbourne Avenue.
